Once the asset is secure and the initial inspection is complete, transportation to the equipment prep/storage/sale facility may be necessary. We have a nationwide network of carriers that move thousands of assets for us each year, which gives us the ability to move equipment from point A to B quickly and for much less than the industry average.
All of our carriers are fully insured and will provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) for your asset, listing you as Loss Payee, Additional Insured, and Certificate holder for the full value of the asset as well as a minimum of 1,000,000 dollars in single limit liability coverage.
All of the Carriers insurance information (COI), Pick up date and scheduled delivery date will be posted to our internal system and available for you to view per asset.

Our goal is to get the equipment prepped and ready for sale, not to build a new piece of equipment. We are looking at minimizing costs of the repair but also ensuring that the proper service is done to get the asset ready and able to sell in the appropriate market.
Prepping equipment for retail, wholesale, and auction condition are all very different and should be decided on before starting the prep process. This strategy will be determined together and will dictate the route of the assets cycle.
All Estimates to be approved, Invoices and storage charges will be available and updated to the internal platform.
